Roles & Responsibilities

Job description:
The Inventory and Fixed Assets Manager ensures the rigorous monitoring and optimal management of the company's tangible assets. They guarantee the reliability of inventory data and the proper maintenance of fixed assets.
Main Missions:
  • Ensure the management of consumable stock (MGX, supplies, etc.).
  • Track incoming and outgoing stock and ensure regular updates to the inventory management system.
  • Participate in the supply process in coordination with the MGX.
  • Establish and ensure rigorous and up-to-date monitoring of fixed assets.
  • To ensure the identification, labeling and traceability of company assets.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments (Finance, IT, etc.) for data centralization and validation.
  • Organize and carry out periodic inventories (IT, furniture, equipment, etc.).
  • Manage the POS materials and equipment used during events.
  • Ensure the availability, monitoring and proper use of event equipment.
  • to establish regular reports on the status of stocks and fixed assets.
Search Profile:
  • Technical diploma in warehousing or GDS
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Rigorous, organized and proactive
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Ability to work simultaneously on different projects
