Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and control inventory operations for automotive spare parts, consumables, accessories, and vehicle stock.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability across branches and service centers.
Develop inventory planning strategies based on demand forecasting, sales trends, and workshop requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/DMS systems.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
Reduce inventory discrepancies, dead stock, slow-moving items, and stock losses.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and aftersales departments for efficient stock movement.
Analyze inventory KPIs including stock turnover, fill rate, aging stock, and inventory valuation.
Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and international automotive standards.
Supervise warehouse teams and inventory staff across multiple locations.
Prepare monthly inventory reports and management dashboards.
Coordinate with suppliers and OEM principals regarding parts availability and replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of automotive spare parts.
Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory efficiency and operational costs.
Support branch operations and workshop requirements with timely inventory availability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Additional certification in inventory management / supply chain is preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in automotive inventory or warehouse management.
Experience in automobile dealerships or automotive distribution companies is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts operations and inventory systems.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Autoline, or similar DMS platforms.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Good communication skills in English.
GCC experience will be an added advantage
