Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records to support business operational demands.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure accuracy of inventory levels and records.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast future inventory needs.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in storage and handling of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
  • Ensure timely restocking and replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track deliveries and stock locations.
  • Train and support team members on inventory control procedures and systems.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or control.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software like SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds if needed in a warehouse environment.
