Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller / Assistant Manager to oversee stock management, ensure accurate inventory records, and optimize warehouse operations for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control daily inventory levels (inbound, outbound, transfers)
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/WMS and Excel
Conduct physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation
Handle GRN, stock adjustments, returns, and damages
Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and logistics teams
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO practices
Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, and overstock
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management
Implement and improve inventory control procedures and SOPs
Supervise junior staff and train warehouse/inventory personnel
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business)
3–6 years of experience in inventory management / warehouse / stock control
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools
Excellent analytical, coordination, and leadership skills
Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in inventory management
