Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular and periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
Compare physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
Record inventory variances and analyze causes of shortages or overages.
Prepare inventory reports and submit findings to management.
Monitor incoming and outgoing stock movements and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and accounting departments.
Ensure compliance with storage, safety, and inventory procedures.
Support the improvement of inventory control systems and reduction of stock loss.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree (Business, Accounting, or related field preferred).
Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems (ERP systems preferred).
