Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure accurate inventory records, reducing errors and discrepancies.

  • Optimize inventory levels and reduce waste to minimize costs associated with inventory management.
  • Analyze and improve inventory processes, leading to faster and more efficient supply chain operations.
  • Provide accurate and timely inventory reports to enable informed decision-making.
  • Record all transactions (daily, weekly, and monthly) related to production and logistics across the four blending units, including purchase requisitions, transfers, receipts, and issues.
  • Provide backup support for representatives at third-party locations.
  • Monitor suppliers adherence to the supply of raw materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
