Roles & Responsibilities

Kasrawy Group for Automotive is hiring an Inventory Controller to join our Finance Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess.
  • Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Accurately record inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, returns, adjustments).
  • Generate inventory reports and assist with supply chain decisions.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage and rotation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory procedures.
  • Recommend improvements for more efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during inventory handling.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry).
  • Bachelor s degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in inventory software systems and MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
