Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely tracking of agricultural products and Raw materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and generate replenishment orders as needed to support production and customer demands.
  • Conduct and review regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies between actual and recorded inventory.
  • Prepare inventory operation transactions report.
  • Enter receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions into the ERP system accurately and on time.
  • Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure accurate recording of inventory movements and adjustments
  • Ensuring the accuracy of stock transfer numbers between stores according to the system in place daily.
  • Notifying the storekeeper of purchase orders and sales orders regularly
  • Preparing stock-in-hand reports and sharing them with both project managers and sales and finance officers weekly.
  • Support warehouse optimization initiatives by providing input and feedback on layout, storage, and material handling practices.
  • Analyze data related to inventory levels, turnover rates, and product demand to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Generate reports on inventory performance and present findings to management for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics and Transportation Department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of agricultural products.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in inventory control, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or other enterprise inventory solutions is a plus.
