The role helps optimize stock holding, prevent shortages or overstocking, and support smooth operations across departments.br>
Key Responsibilities:br>
Monitor and manage stock levels across all locations (warehouse, production floor, retail, etc.).br>Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.br>Maintain accurate records of stock movements in ERP or inventory management systems.br>Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess items.br>Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.br>Track and document incoming and outgoing goods, deliveries, and returns.br>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.br>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or stock variances.br>Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, safety, and company policies.br>Implement and support cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, and inventory best practices.br>Assist with year-end stock takes and audits (internal or external)./span>
