Roles & Responsibilities

  • Optimize inventory levels by analyzing demand forecasts and sales data, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing carrying costs.
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures, including cycle counting and physical inventory audits, to maintain data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate material flow, manage lead times, and resolve supply chain disruptions.
  • Design and maintain inventory tracking systems, leveraging software and technologies to improve efficiency and visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CPIM or CSCP, demonstrating expertise in inventory and supply chain principles.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
