• Keep track of stock movements (inflows, outflows, transfers).
• Verify the accuracy of permanent and rolling inventories.
• Ensure consistency between physical stock and computerized stock (ERP).
• Identify the gaps and propose corrective actions.

• Monitor delivery deadlines and follow up with suppliers if necessary.

Reception and quality control

• Verify the conformity of the goods received (quantity, quality, condition).
• Report any non-conformity or anomaly.
• Ensure the labeling and storage of products.

Store optimization

• Improve storage methods to optimize space.
• Propose continuous improvements in the management of internal flows.
• Participate in the implementation or evolution of the inventory management system.

Reporting

• Produce regular reports on the state of inventories.
• Monitor performance indicators (stockouts, overstocks, turnover).
