Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inventory Manager
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and consumables necessary for the execution of production programs aligned with the supply and storage flow strategy.
- Monitor stock levels, and report replenishment needs to the supply and purchasing manager in accordance with the established thresholds.
- Ensure the proper execution of operations for receiving, checking, storing and making available raw materials and consumables.
- Ensure proper maintenance of stock entry and exit records and perpetual inventories, as well as the conformity of payment files and stock movement data on the ERP.
- Maintain storage areas in compliance with internal hygiene and safety requirements.
- To lead, coach and train the staff under his/her responsibility.
