Inventory Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented, high-ownership Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory operations in Dubai.

This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, organization, and speed across all inventory processes from intake and storage to order fulfillment and reconciliation. You will be managing high-value luxury items, requiring strong attention to detail, structured systems thinking, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-moving environment.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with direct impact on customer experience, operational efficiency, and loss prevention.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and maintain accurate, real-time inventory across all systems
• Oversee intake, tagging, storage, and organization of all incoming items
• Ensure items are processed and ready for sale or shipment within defined timelines
• Implement and enforce inventory standards, workflows, and controls
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies quickly and accurately
• Monitor inventory movement (inbound, storage, outbound) and identify inefficiencies
• Work closely with logistics, sourcing, and sales teams to ensure alignment
• Proactively flag and resolve issues related to missing, damaged, or mislogged items
