Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Monitor daily stock levels and record all stock movements.

Update inventory systems and spreadsheets regularly.

Coordinate with suppliers to order and receive materials or products.

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage/warehouse area.

Support the operations team in ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Report low stock or discrepancies to the manager immediately.

  • Bachelor s degree or diploma preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience).
  • 1 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or order fulfillment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel or basic inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physically fit to handle light to moderate lifting (if required).

Desired Candidate Profile
