Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Define and implement the investment strategy for the funds, in line with the objectives of return, risk and holding period.
- Identify, analyze and validate investment and divestment opportunities, based on the company's strategic priorities.
- Managing capital allocation, optimizing investment performance and maximizing value creation.
Financial management & portfolio monitoring
- Supervise the financial modeling of the funds (business plans, cash flows, IRR, multiples), in conjunction with the financial teams to ensure the soundness of the investments.
- To monitor investment performance, assess risks and manage budgets.
- Produce detailed financial reports for investors and governance bodies.
Governance & cross-functional coordination
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual frameworks related to investments.
- Coordinate work with the Asset Management, Finance, Legal teams and external advisors to ensure the proper execution of investments.
- Participate in investment committees and strategic decisions relating to resource allocation.
Investor Relations & Development
- Maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, financial partners and strategic stakeholders.
- Actively participate in fundraising, investor presentations and discussions on the structuring of new investment vehicles.
- Represent the funds to investors and stakeholders, ensuring communication of performance and projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Bac+5 degree in finance, financial engineering, real estate or business school.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in real estate investment management, private equity real estate or fund management, ideally within investment funds or management companies.
- Solid expertise in investment opportunity analysis, financial modeling and structuring of real estate transactions.
- Excellent understanding of real estate investment mechanisms and investor relations.
- Professional English required.
