Job Description
This Investment Advisor role supports First Abu Dhabi Bank s Elite Banking segment by delivering high-quality investment advisory services, multi-asset portfolio strategies, and market insights to high-net-worth clients. The position focuses on portfolio construction, monitoring, compliance, and collaboration with relationship managers to enhance client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional investment advisory services to Elite Banking clients in Abu Dhabi.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to create, review, and rebalance client investment portfolios.
- Develop portfolio strategies aligned with client risk profiles, market conditions, and FAB investment views.
- Promote investment opportunities across public and private markets including equities, bonds, funds, structured notes, private equity, and private credit.
- Conduct market updates for internal teams and clients, explaining key developments and their implications.
- Contribute to Elite business revenue targets while adhering to qualitative advisory standards.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and advisory guidelines.
- Coordinate and deliver internal training sessions on investment topics when required.
- Generate new investment product ideas based on market trends and client feedback.
- Support projects that enhance advisory infrastructure and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in operational functions linked to the Investment Advisory business.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
Minimum five years of experience in global markets, investment advisory, or wealth management. Strong understanding of global markets, macroeconomic trends, and geopolitical influences. Deep knowledge of investment products including equities, bonds, funds, structured notes, private equity, and alternative assets. Fluent in English with strong communication skills; Arabic or Russian is an advantage. Capable of working independently under pressure and managing multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and work collaboratively. High attention to detail and analytical capability.
