Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our growing team in Doha. Aventicum Capital Management is one of the largest independent asset management companies in Qatar. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on alternative investments and private markets across the Middle East and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and analyze complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Conduct comprehensive market and industry research.
  • Perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
  • Monitor investment performance and assist in portfolio strategy.
  • Participate in financial, operational, and legal due diligence.
  • Support deal structuring and financing strategies.
  • Prepare investment reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to strategy.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Master s is a plus).
  • CFA or CAIA certification preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in private equity or alternative assets.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Bloomberg).
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
