Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Mission Description:
Manage industrial investment projects from start to finish, from the expression of the need to the monitoring of post-commissioning ROI, in compliance with budgets, deadlines, HSE requirements and Group standards.
Manage the site's energy standard and be responsible for the energy performance strategy and the reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Responsabilit s cl s :
- Framing and managing the investment portfolio (CAPEX)
- Collect and consolidate infrastructure and industrial needs during PMT chronicles and prepare the investment plan for the FAC process.
- Define the scope of the projects (need, scope, assumptions, risks, expected ROI).
- Propose technical and economic trade-offs to stay within annual CAPEX budgets.
- Manage compliance with cost/delivery/scope commitments across the entire portfolio.
- To build and lead multidisciplinary project teams (production, engineering, maintenance, general services, quality, HSE, purchasing).
- Manage the drafting of specifications and supplier consultation phases in tandem with the Purchasing department.
- to establish comparative tables of offers and to provide input to the Supplier Selection Committees.
- Manage the design, manufacturing, installation, qualification and acceptance phases of equipment (preliminary, provisional, final).
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, HSE and control of co-activity on site.
- Follow the warranty period in conjunction with maintenance.
- Manage divestments when necessary.
- Systematically capitalize on feedback and disseminate best practices.
- Audit and Diagnosis: Carry out energy audits, analyze consumption (electricity, gas, fuel oil) and identify the most emitting items.
- Decarbonization plan: develop and implement an action plan for reducing the carbon footprint (scope 1, 2, and 3).
- Process optimization: Optimizing industrial or building equipment to reduce energy consumption.
- Renewable energy management: Planning and managing renewable energy installation projects.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Measure results via an annual carbon footprint assessment and ensure monitoring of energy KPIs.
- Integrate STS's Low Carbon objectives into tenders and supplier selection.
- Contribute to projects for the automation and digitalization of industrial resources.
- Ensure the connectivity of equipment for the exploitation of process data.
- Conduct benchmarking with other companies in the Group and ensure the cross-functional adoption of best practices

- Ensure strict compliance with quality and HSE guidelines.
- Respects Health, Safety and Environment rules and participates in the implementation of the Environmental Management System (ISO14001).
