Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Investment and land manager leads the execution of the organization s investment strategy to attract, structure, and manage investments. The role is responsible for identifying and developing investment opportunities, evaluating land assets, and determining the most appropriate approach for utilizing land assets whether through sale, lease, or partnership arrangements to ensure optimal long-term value and sustainable financial returns.
Responsibilities:
Implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with long-term organizational and economic objectives.
Lead market research and data analysis to assess industry trends, investor demand, and promotional effectiveness.
Evaluate land and real estate assets from financial, technical, and commercial perspectives.
Oversee feasibility studies, risk assessments, and advanced financial modeling to support investment decisions.
Determine optimal land utilization strategies (sale, lease, concession, or partnership) based on financial analysis and long-term value considerations.
Manage the investor pipeline, land allocation, and land bookings to ensure efficient and optimal asset utilization.
Serve as the primary point of contact and entry gateway for potential investors.
Lead deal structuring and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial and financially sound agreements.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and technical teams to structure compliant investment agreements.
Maintain continuous investor engagement and provide aftercare support to ensure long-term investor satisfaction and retention.
Job-Related Skills:
Ability to translate long-term organizational objectives into actionable investment plans and initiatives.
Strong capability in evaluating land assets and determining optimal utilization strategies to maximize value.
Experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing investment agreements that balance risk and return.
Proven ability to manage investor pipelines, land allocation processes, and investment portfolios effectively.
Technical Skills:
Ability to review and validate technical, commercial, and financial feasibility studies
Proficiency in analyzing market trends, investor behavior, and campaign performance data.
Solid understanding of investment regulations, land policies, and contractual frameworks.
Experience using CRM systems and tracking tools to manage investor engagement and pipeline stages.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, business development, or real estate investment.
