Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities, including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, involving industry research, financial statement analysis, and management team assessments.
  • Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior management or investment committees, articulating the investment thesis and associated risks.
  • Monitor existing portfolio investments, tracking financial performance, identifying potential issues, and recommending strategic actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FRM, showcasing a commitment to professional development.

  • Demonstrates 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role, providing practical industry knowledge.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis methodologies.
