Roles & Responsibilities


  • Evaluating and executing new direct investment opportunities across the GCC/li>
  • Building and developing financial models and conducting detailed valuation and due diligence analyses/li>
  • Supporting the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through execution and portfolio management/li>
  • Preparing investment materials, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of the firm s financial and investment strategy

    • Desired Candidate Profile


  • An established PE investor with a proven track record in direct investments/li>
  • Strong track record in direct private equity or growth equity investments, with exposure to one or more of: manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer sectors/li>
  • Skilled in financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio management, with the ability to present findings clearly and confidently/li>
  • Commercially minded, collaborative, and motivated to build a long-term career in the Middle East/li>
  • Based in, or open to relocation to, Dubai
