Job Responsibilities:

• Acts as the single point of accountability for all investment activities within the assigned masterplan , from planning and feasibility through transactions and portfolio performance.
• Leads business planning, feasibility studies, and financial modeling, ensuring assumptions, phasing, and returns are aligned with the masterplan s asset focus and approved strategy.
• Oversees investor transactions and partnership structures for the masterplan, ensuring disciplined execution, governance compliance, and value-accretive outcomes.
• Supervises the co-investment portfolio post-transaction, ensuring effective governance, performance monitoring, and proactive value optimization.
• Ensures clear coordination between planning & feasibility and portfolio/transaction execution, enabling smooth handover and minimizing execution risk.
• Aligns investment decisions with Commercial, Development, Asset Management, Finance, and Legal, ensuring investment cases reflect delivery realities and market positioning.
• Escalates key decisions, risks, and deviations to the Investment Executive Director with clear, solution-oriented recommendations.
