Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to lead end-to-end investment advisory and transaction execution for a prominent real estate client in Abu Dhabi. The role will cover investor outreach, opportunity due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and transaction closure. Strong investment expertise is essential, and prior real estate experience is preferred. Candidates with consulting or advisory experience and immediate availability will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end investment advisory and transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle
  • Evaluate and prioritise opportunities based on strategic fit, financial viability and market attractiveness
  • Lead financial and commercial due diligence to assess opportunity attractiveness, risks and investment potential
  • Build, review, and stress-test detailed financial models to evaluate returns, sensitivities, and deal structures
  • Structure transactions and commercial terms in line with client objectives and market conditions
  • Lead investor outreach and support investor engagement throughout the transaction process
  • Support and lead negotiations with investors and counterparties to drive transactions to closure
  • Prepare investment presentations, business cases, investment committee materials and other stakeholder-facing outputs
  • Manage workstreams, coordinate teams, and ensure high-quality and timely delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in investment management, transaction advisory, M&A, corporate finance, or asset management

Strong investment expertise with proven experience leading transactions end to end

Prior real estate experience preferred, particularly in investment roles

Prior consulting or advisory experience preferred

Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to lead workstreams independently and deliver in fast-paced environments

Bachelor s or Master s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; CFA preferred but not required

Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred
