Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our expanding team in the roles of Investment Manager and Investment Sales. The ideal candidates will have proven expertise in investments, particularly in real estate, and be ready to contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage investment portfolios across asset classes (equities, fixed income, real estate, etc.)
Conduct market research, economic analysis, and risk assessments to inform investment decisions
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet client objectives
Present investment strategies, forecasts, and recommendations to clients or senior management
Stay up to date on financial news, market trends, and economic developments
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal investment guidelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fund managers, analysts, and other stakeholders
Prepare investment reports and presentations for stakeholders or clients
Participate in due diligence for new investment opportunities
Collaborate with other departments such as legal, compliance, and operations
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (required)
CFA, CAIA, or other financial certification (preferred)
Proven experience in investment management, portfolio analysis, or asset management (typically 5+ years)
Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and investment strategies
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Excel, Morningstar)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
