Responsibilities

• Provide personalised investment advisory services to HNW clients, first-time buyers, and international investors looking to enter or expand their Dubai property portfolio.
• Assess client financial profiles, investment goals, and risk appetite to recommend suitable property investment strategies.
• Source, compare, and recommend mortgage products from UAE banks and financial institutions on behalf of clients.
• Guide clients through the full mortgage application and approval process, liaising with lenders, valuers, and legal teams.
• Advise clients on financing options for off-plan, secondary market, residential, and commercial property purchases.
• Provide ROI analysis, rental yield projections, and capital appreciation assessments to support investment decisions.
• Assist clients in structuring property portfolios for long-term wealth growth, diversification, and income generation.
• Advise international investors on UAE mortgage eligibility, down payment requirements, and residency-linked financing options.
• Guide eligible clients through the Golden Visa property investment pathway and associated financial requirements.
• Collaborate with the Off-Plan, Residential, and Commercial divisions to provide integrated financial support throughout transactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE banks, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, and legal advisors.
• Stay up to date with UAE Central Bank mortgage regulations, interest rate movements, and lending policy changes.
• Prepare professional investment proposals, financial summaries, and mortgage comparison reports for clients.
• Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, DLD requirements, and UAE financial advisory standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline reporting using CRM systems.
• Perform additional tasks as required by the Head of Investment & Financial Advisory.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mortgage advisory, investment consulting, financial planning, or real estate finance in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, lending criteria, and the regulatory framework governing property finance.
• Proven ability to advise clients on real estate investment strategies, portfolio structuring, and ROI optimisation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with HNW and international clients.
• Commercially minded with a consultative approach and strong attention to financial detail.
• Experience working with UAE banks and financial institutions on behalf of property buyers.
• Understanding of off-plan payment plans, post-handover financing, and developer-linked mortgage products.
• Familiarity with Golden Visa investment requirements and UAE residency-linked property thresholds.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear, client-friendly financial reports and investment summaries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Flexible working schedule to accommodate client meetings and transaction timelines.
• High professional integrity, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality.
