Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Invoice and Contract Monitoring Officer

  • Ensure complete follow-up of purchase orders
  • To oversee the proper execution of contracts and ensure the reliable and timely processing of invoices, in order to secure commitments and optimize administrative and financial management.
  • Receiving and checking purchase orders (compliance, deadlines, follow-ups)
  • Contract monitoring: opportunities, obligations and dashboards
  • Verification of invoices and monitoring of payments with the accounting department
  • Preparation of reports and updating of administrative procedures
  • Improvement of tracking tools (Excel, ERP)

  • (Bac +2 Bac +3 minimum in management, administration, accounting or statistics).
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred in a similar position: management assistant, order manager or billing manager.
  • Good mastery of purchasing, ordering and invoicing procedures.
  • Knowledge of the contractual cycle (purchase orders, contracts, clauses, amendments)
  • My proficiency with office software (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Use of ERP or management software.

Desired Candidate Profile
