Roles & Responsibilities

GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory or legal frameworks.
  • Manage people in line with people policies and best practices.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Make sure the procurement & contracting Procedures are up to date and covering all the business needs.
  • Building and maintaining invoices database, making sure it is up to date.
  • Solves any issues faced by the team with Audit, operational risk.
  • Ensure that all approvals were granted before releasing the related payments according to the bank s approval metrics.
  • Maintaining the invoicing cycle end to end.
  • Maintaining the entry and upload of invoices into payments database system.
  • Prepare analysis of payments.
  • Provide dashboard reports, analysis & related statistics.
  • Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries.
  • Understands and keeps up with new trends and regulations in covering business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

BSc. Of Commerce or equivalent education.

Knowledge of banking process & procedures and strong IT background.

At least 4 years experience.

Broad experience in Information Technology, Finance and Administration roles.
