Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Support daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Monitor site activities and report on performance against operational targets.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and operational effectiveness.
Assist in the implementation of risk management strategies specific to the construction environment.
Provide training and guidance to personnel on safety practices and operational procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of site activities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation regarding site operations, incidents, and compliance status.
Actively participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety culture on-site.
Who You Are:
Proven experience in construction operations or site management.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to construction environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Relevant certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH) are preferred.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
