IOCC Ground Operations Specialist flyadeal Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary focal point for all ground operations related matters, liaising closely with the IOCC and all stations to ensure effective coordination and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Support ground operations at stations where direct flyadeal staff presence is not available mainly out of the main stations, In and Out kingdom.
• Perform flight editing and related system updates for stations without flyadeal staff coverage, in accordance with approved procedures.
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding the handling of prisoners, deportees, inadmissible (INAD) passengers, and cargo operations.
• Virtually monitor and support station emergency responses to ensure strict adherence to established emergencies, safety, and contingency procedures.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date flight records, ensuring proper retention for a minimum period of twelve (12) months or in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum High School, higher degree is a plus.

• Minimum +2 years experience in the aviation industry.
