ATM Mobilis EPE-SPA

Responsibilities: 

• Provide level 1 maintenance of network equipment, routers and switches.
• Carry out work and requests for creation and modifications of other services.
• Process open maintenance TT Tickets on a Mobilis ATM platform.
• Analyze the performance of WAN links and MPLS nodes.
• Ensure on-call support across all IP infrastructures.
• Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the various equipment (Juniper, Huawei, ZTE), the fleet of IP networks called DCN and IP/MPLS.
• Ensure the execution of work orders following internally established procedures.
• Establish the daily checklist >, with the identification of anomalies.
• Apply all necessary procedures and tests to manage risk during and after the execution of Planned Works.
• Raise the blocking points related to the completion of the scheduled works.
• Analyze and track open maintenance tickets (Trouble Tickets) and prepare a weekly report.
