Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert newborn care, including feeding (breast and bottle), bathing, and diapering, ensuring the baby's comfort and well-being.
- Offer comprehensive support and education to parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and postpartum recovery to build their confidence.
- Monitor the mother's physical and emotional recovery, identifying and addressing any postpartum concerns or complications promptly.
- Manage the nursery environment, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized space for the baby's needs and development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare principles.
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, showcasing professional competence and adherence to nursing standards.
- Have certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), ensuring preparedness for emergencies.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in newborn care or maternal-child health, indicating expertise in the field.
