Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design IGW Solution networks to support 2G/3G/4G/Future technologies and IT service offerings from internal customers.

Preparation and analysis of daily/ weekly IGW network utilization reports.

  • Updated network database (physical ports, connectivity details, topology) compilation and reporting (Weekly update)
  • Change request formulation in coordination with internal customers (Cyber Security/Cloud Computing/PS)
  • Checking warehouse balance and preparing material requests for IGW networks.
  • New requests & requirements data gathering from related departments
  • New IGW projects & integrations plans finalization and reporting.
  • Configuration backup of the IGW NEs (weekly)
  • IGW network solutions for essential customers.
  • Level 2 - issues coordination with Cyber Security/ PS/Cloud for resolution and follow up.
  • Technical meetings.

Bachelor's degree in telecommunication engineering

  • CCNA certification
  • Minimum 0-2 years' experience in Telecommunication engineering Function.
  • Routing and switching skill
  • Project management
  • Data Com network design
  • Communication and presentation
  • Language (English)
  • Having a Valid Engineers Union ID Card
