Roles & Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Customer (Internal & External):
- Handles efficiently & effectively the bank s Telecom systems and services that extend to all users
- Maintains relationships with selected vendors for Telecom hardware & software for proper handling & support of telecom equipment/services
- Maintains effective relationship with all other related departments & units to achieve the Group s goals & objectives in Telecom systems availability & monitoring.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
