Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the In Room Dining Department in absence of the Manager.

To work to ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel s guest rooms & suites. To follow the wishes and preferences of our guests.

Answer telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette. Take guest in-room dining orders. Communicate special requests to the kitchen. Coordinate and deliver of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. Respond and answer guests' requests and inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for an individual who canspan> /span>delight guestsspan> /span>by supervising thespan> In-Room Dining experience/span>sspan> through a detail/span>edspan> and guest-focused perspective. You will receive guest requests and communicate directly with the team to de/span>liver the best personal dining experience possible, taking action on guest needs, both expressed and unspoken. Intuition and articulation will be essential in successfully mastering the role.

2 years experience of relevant experience in a similar role within 5* luxury Hotel, Technical education in Hospitality management or service methods is preferred.
