Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • An Irrigation Supervisor manages and leads a team to oversee efficient water distribution for healthy plant growth, involving planning schedules, operating/fixing systems (drip, sprinkler), monitoring soil/weather, training staff, and ensuring water conservation and safety standards are met, often for agriculture, landscaping, duties include creating work orders, adjusting water flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Prior experience with irrigation systems, pumps, and maintenance.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of water management, troubleshooting, and potentially

automation software (e.g., Lynx).

  • Physical: Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and lift heavy items.
