What You ll Do

* Manage customer retention using approved Islamic banking retention tools and programs
* Achieve assigned sales and retention targets while ensuring compliance with credit and risk policies
* Handle customer queries and issues promptly via phone or direct communication
* Implement procedures to improve client satisfaction and loyalty through service excellence
* Cross-sell Islamic banking products and services based on client needs and preferences
* Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure accuracy of details provided
* Collaborate with operations, credit, collections, and branches to meet service expectations
* Support team members by defining performance goals, coaching, and guiding towards targets
* Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing to enhance FAB s Islamic banking offering
* Adhere strictly to FAB policies, SOPs, and compliance regulations

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management, or related field
* 1 2 years of experience in banking, preferably in Islamic banking or client service
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of Islamic financial services
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with banking industry practices
* Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals while maintaining service quality
