Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive ISO Coordinator to lead and manage enterprise-level quality initiatives and ISO compliance across the organization. This role goes beyond technical compliance – you will partner with senior management, drive policy and process standardization, and ensure the organization meets international quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain organization-wide ISO-compliant policies, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
- Partner with management and cross-functional teams to embed quality standards into business operations.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external ISO audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve quality processes across all departments.
- Draft and maintain high-level documentation, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Provide training, guidance, and awareness programs on quality policies and ISO standards.
- Support enterprise risk management by identifying gaps and implementing control measures.
- Serve as the key liaison between management, departments, and external auditors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- ISO-certified or strong hands-on experience with ISO standards (9001, 13485, or similar).
- Proven experience drafting corporate-level policies, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive, process-oriented mindset.
- Experience in corporate/enterprise operations, with multiplte industries preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.
