Job PurposeTo manage and grow key client accounts while driving sales of our IT solutions through strong relationship management and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:Client Managment
- Build & Nurture Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers (CIOs, IT Directors) through strategic engagement
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of defense for client concerns, ensuring swift solutions
- Strategic Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly performance assessments to drive continuous ROI
Sales Growth
- Target Execution: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through consultative selling
- Unlock Potential : Identify hidden upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
- New Business Hunting: Expand market footprint through strategic outreach
Technical Coordination
- Tech Translator: Explain IT fundamentals (CPUs/GPUs, NVMe/SATA SSDs) in business terms
- Infrastructure Expertise: Articulate value of servers, storage, and networking solutions
- Seamless Collaboration: Bridge communication between clients and technical teams
Project Management
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage project lifecycles from proposal to deployment
- Customer-Centric Handover: Ensure 100% satisfaction at project closure
- Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Experience
- 6-8 years in sales/account management
IT/technology sales experience preferred
