Job description

Your missions will be:

- Respond to internal requests for the provision of IT resources,

- Verify and/or define the needs expressed by internal customers,

- Ensure relations with internal customers, in particular through a telephone hotline,

- Be in contact with suppliers and publishers to follow up on invoices

- Apply, remind internal customers of management processes,

- Internal reminders and bulk data updates in our management tool

- Transmit information (e.g. request for quote) and schedule appointments.

- Good communication skills in French and English (Minimum B2)

Qualifications

Diploma: Bac + 2 with an orientation in administrative or technical management (IT support)

Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar position

Skills:

You have a first successful experience in the administrative management of IT resources.

You are dynamic, versatile, responsive, rigorous and enjoy working in a stimulating work environment.

A first experience in customer relations and fluency in English would be a plus.

We are looking for a personality more than just skills.
