Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT systems and networks.
Ensure data security and system backups.
Provide technical support to staff.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Install and update hardware and software.
Implement IT policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments for IT needs
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-7 years of relevant experience in the specific field or department.
Professional certifications related to the field (e.g., CPA, IT certifications).
Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Training in compliance, safety, and quality standards.
Experience with relevant regulatory frameworks (especially UAE/GCC).
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Continuous professional development and upskilling.
Time management and organizational skills.
