Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Based on the requirements of each department, establish and manage the company's ERP (OA, financial software) information system; configure and adjust process nodes and approval authorities as needed; continuously optimize platform functionalities to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Oversee hardware equipment including computers, printers, and network infrastructure; deploy and maintain office software systems; promptly diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions.
Manage corporate website administration and network security protocols; regularly update company website content; monitor network security status; respond to virus attacks and other cyber threats; perform regular backups of corporate digital assets to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide technical support for smart office equipment and systems, including intelligent access control, surveillance systems, and electronic business card platforms.
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by leaders.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations and maintenance or information management, with prior experience in enterprise-level network security management being highly desirable.
A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science and Technology, Network Engineering, Information Management, or a closely related field is preferred.
Experience in the design of information platform architectures, as well as operation and maintenance of office equipment and software, is advantageous.
Proficiency in network security technologies (e.g., firewalls, data encryption) and familiarity with website operation and maintenance procedures are required.
Strong technical skills in Windows/Linux operating systems, Office software, and network monitoring tools are essential.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage emergencies effectively, coupled with strong communication, coordination, and service-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English for both oral and written communication is required.
