Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary IT point of contact, responsible for keeping systems running, users supported, Manage the full lifecycle of user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID (onboarding to offboarding). Manage device assignments, reassignments, Be the go-to person for IT issues across the Subsidiary. Escalate to the Group IT Manager where issues require it. Maintain basic network security controls — firewall, Wi-Fi segregation, access point configuration 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an IT Administrator or IT Systems Administrator role



Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a strong educational foundation is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex systems.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate to validate technical skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing disruptions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, emphasizing accuracy in documentation and adherence to IT policies and procedures.
