Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Systems

  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, LAN/WAN, structured cabling, and IT infrastructure.

  • Administer Windows Server , Active Directory, Azure AD, and virtualization environments.

  • Ensure high system availability, performance, and data integrity.

Network & Security

  • Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, routers, and network security systems.

  • Handle endpoint security solutions (antivirus, firewall policies, monitoring).

  • Manage backup solutions (SaaS / IaaS) and disaster recovery processes.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot security or connectivity issues.

User & Device Management

  • Set up laptops, desktops, printers, POS systems, and peripherals for new and existing users.

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support (onsite and remote) across UAE and regional offices.

  • Support Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS devices.

CCTV, Access Control & Telephony

  • Manage CCTV surveillance systems, biometric access systems, IP telephony, and related hardware.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Software & Applications

  • Support business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise & cloud).

  • Assist with software installations, updates, licensing, and documentation.

  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset records.

Vendor & Asset Management

  • Coordinate with IT vendors, SaaS providers, and hardware suppliers.

  • Assist management in vendor evaluation, quotation comparison, and procurement.

  • Manage IT assets, warranties, and AMC contracts.

Compliance & Improvement

  • Ensure IT policies, data security standards, and compliance requirements are met.

  • Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and security.

  • Provide regular IT status reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Administrator to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user operations across UAE and regional offices. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system security, network stability, and timely technical support while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of Networking, Servers, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN

  • Firewall & security tools (Fortinet, SonicWall, Checkpoint or similar)

  • Active Directory, Azure AD, VPN, Proxy Servers

  • Backup & recovery systems

  • CCTV, Access Control, Biometric systems

  • Structured cabling & infrastructure

  • Antivirus & endpoint security tools

  • Hardware troubleshooting (laptops, printers, POS)

  • Documentation & IT asset management

    Soft Skills

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

    • Good communication and coordination skills

    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

    • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive attitude

    Education

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science (or equivalent)

    • Relevant certifications are an added advantage
