Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime to support business operations.
  • Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to safeguard data integrity and ensure business continuity.
  • Implement security measures, including firewalls and data encryption, to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions for users.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions, leveraging Active Directory or similar systems to ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to deploy new systems and applications, ensuring seamless integration and user training.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in IT administration or a similar role, showcasing hands-on expertise in managing IT infrastructures.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting methodologies to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
