Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Attend IT support requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication. Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex hardware, software, and network issues. Support and maintain user account administration, including Active Directory, email, and access control. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and desktop environments. Liaise with vendors and third-party support for equipment/software issues. Participate in IT projects, migrations, and upgrades as needed.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, and desktop/laptop hardware.
- Proficient in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and endpoint management software.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2 4 years of experience in a technical support or IT operations role. Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Exposure to ITIL-based service management practices.
