Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Design and document new features based on business needs provided by business owners.
  • Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
  • develop technical and functional documents (UML, BPMN, use cases, workflows).
  • Extract, cross-reference and analyze data from different sources (SQL databases, Big Query, CSV files) to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to ensure robust solutions.
  • Identify and model business processes and use cases.
  • Guarantee the traceability and quality of project documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Holder of a Bac+5 in Information Systems / Business Intelligence / Business Intelligence, you have the following skills:

Techniques (Must-Have) :

  • My SQL and database manipulation skills
  • Knowledge of analysis languages ​​and standards: UML, BPMN
  • Experience in writing functional & technical requirements
  • Data analysis skills (BigQuery, SQL Server, CSV, advanced Excel)
  • Ability to model processes and state diagrams
  • Understanding of software development environments and IT lifecycle

Functional and behavioral skills :

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Taste for structured documentation and quality of delivery
  • Collaborative spirit and customer orientation
  • Creativity in finding solutions
  • English: compulsory
  • French: appreciated
