Responsibilities for information technology services

Maintain equipment/data/software availability and disaster recovery

Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot communication equipment supporting both wired and wireless networks

Assist with training on applications as necessary

Utilize and train others on current testing and diagnostic equipment at locations with limited vendor support

Willing and able to work independently within a structured team environment

Implements corporate security practices/policies for all applications and networks used by company staff

Manages corporate network infrastructure including corporate firewalls, routers and switches in support of Corporate Technology Group

Ongoing reviews of access controls by investigating improper access

Manages IT functions within the company, and may be responsible for leading large or complex projects impacting several divisions

Oversee analysis of raw data for new or missing data elements or formats


Qualifications for information technology services

Bachelor's degree in Technology, or related degree

5+ years of relevant IT work experience required within a Manufacturing or Distribution company

Require the ability to work with little to moderate supervision

Ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks, with follow through to completion

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
