Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics (MD) in partnership with the implementation vendor, including configuration, data migration, and Power BI re-establishment.
• Define and execute the legacy system exit strategy, ensuring secure historical data extraction to the data lake, continued reporting access, and system decommissioning.
• Manage, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with evolving business needs.
• Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM including workflows, integrations, data integrity, and reporting.
• Provide end-user support and training on ERP and CRM functionalities.

Business Intelligence & Data Management:

• Develop interactive dashboards and custom reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Maintain complex Excel models for financial, operational, and sales analysis using advanced functions, pivot tables, macros, and Power Query.

IT Coordination:

• Act as the key contact with the External IT AMC Provider, coordinating infrastructure support, issue escalation, and system maintenance.
• Monitor IT system performance and assist in implementing solutions to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

Cybersecurity & User Enablement:

• Assist in implementing basic Cyber Security Practices and protocols.
• Conduct regular User Training sessions on all key applications and IT security best practices.

Help enforce compliance with company-wide data protection and access control policies.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience above 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and HubSpot CRM administration in all sections of the applications.

At least 5 years of successful practical implementation experience of Business Central or NAV in logistics; Service and finance modules.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced SQL queries.

Ability to make recommendations for, and potentially implement, other modules and 3 rd party add-ons.

• Expertise in Power BI development and Advanced Excel (including macros, Power Query, and data modeling).
• Working knowledge of IT systems, coordination with service providers, and cyber security fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and user training skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and implement process improvements timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bacheloru2019s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, HubSpot, and SQL.
• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, or cloud services.
