Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Keep detailed records of all IT assets across the organization, including type, acquisition date, current user, warranty end date, cost, depreciation timeline (if applicable), and disposal or storage location.
  • Maintain and update a database of software licenses including type, assigned user or device, cost, vendor, and compliance with license limits or requirements.
  • Maintain a register of IT-related contracts (mainly service contracts), including contract details, renewal dates, costs, and vendor information.
  • Track the progress of new contracts through various functions such as Business, Legal, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring timely completion and approvals.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on IT assets, licenses, and contract status for management review.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance to ensure accurate asset and contract data alignment.
  • Support audits related to IT assets, licenses, or vendor contracts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in asset management, IT administration, or contract coordination.
  • Very good in English
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good understanding of IT hardware and software basics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
