Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Configure, manage, and support Remote Desktop environments (RDS / virtual desktops) for secure user access

  • Administer Microsoft 365 licenses, user accounts, and access controls

  • Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure or similar platforms

  • Implement IT security policies, including firewalls, encryption, and access management

  • Monitor systems for security threats, vulnerabilities, and performance issues

  • Manage identity and access using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to cloud, network, and remote access environments

  • Maintain system backups, disaster recovery plans, and ensure high availability

  • Configure user roles, permissions, and endpoint/device management policies

  • Support daily IT operations and provide technical assistance to end users

  • Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, IT Security, and Microsoft technologies.

  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Strong knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

  • Solid experience with Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

  • Good understanding of IT security principles, controls, and industry best practices.

  • Experience in Windows Server administration and networking fundamentals, including VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, and related technologies.

  • Familiarity with endpoint security and device management solutions; experience with Microsoft Intune is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support end users and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Security+, or other cloud/security certifications will be an advantage.

  • Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
